Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum, no codes.

Orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 days. Some items ship from our partner warehouses overseas, so please allow the full window before worrying. During the holidays, carriers get busy, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship to the United States only.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email info@hazelandbone.com and we'll reship it or refund you.
