How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free on every US order. Orders usually arrive within 7 to 14 days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as yours ships. Some items ship from our partner warehouses overseas, so please allow the full window. Shipping policy
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Carriers get busy in December, so we recommend ordering early, by the start of December if you can.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to the United States only.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product has a size guide in its photos and under Size guide on the page. Measure around the widest part of your pet's chest and check the weight range. Between sizes? Go up.
What if it doesn't fit?
Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you get the right size, with one free size exchange per order.
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and returns are free. Email us with your order number, the item and the reason, and we'll reply within one business day with next steps. Refund policy
Do you have multi-buy discounts?
Yes. Buy 2 and save 10%, buy 3 and save 20%. Mix any products, colors and sizes, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Can my pet wear it all day?
Our sweaters and hoodies are made for everyday wear. Costumes like the Tree Cape and the Sleigh Ride are for photos and parties. Either way, take clothes off for naps and unsupervised time, and keep an eye on chewers.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Shop Pay, Apple Pay and all major cards. Checkout is secure and encrypted.
